Perpetuate and memorialize the U.S.S. CORAL SEA along with the officers and men who served aboard her, and to promote patriotism and pride in their service and their country.
Provide a focal point so ex-crewmembers may keep in touch with one another through the newsletter, the telephone, and or personal contact.
Maintain a roster of persons who served aboard the U.S.S. Coral Sea and to conduct reunions and other meetings with such members.
